2012 Annual Homeowners' Meeting

All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend Legacy Park's 2012 Annual Homeowners' Association Meeting on Tuesday, February 7th at 7:30pm at the Legacy Park Clubhouse.
During this meeting we will recap 2011 and review what is ahead for 2012. Homeowners will also have the opportunity to vote for the three open positions on the HOA Board of Directors. Votes may be cast at the meeting or by proxy, which will be mailed to each owner in January.

The HOA will also be sponsoring a give-away opportunity for those attending the meeting. If you are a member in good standing, your name will be entered in a raffle to have your 2012 assessments refunded. Yes, by attending the meeting & staying until the end, one lucky resident will get a check for $625.00!!!
