Boys: 10U Boys (Intermediate), 10U Boys (Beginners), 12U Boys (Advanced), 12U Boys (Intermediate), 12U Boys (Beginners)

PRACTICES:
Begin the week of August 11th and go through October.

SEASON BEGINS:
All matches are played on Saturdays (1:30PM for Girls and 3:30 for Boys) beginning September 6, 2008. The season will continue for 7 weeks (with up to an additional 3 weeks for playoffs).

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Teams will be formed according to age and ability levels by the Legacy Park Tennis Director.
• Each team’s home matches will be played at Legacy Park and all team lessons will be held at Legacy Park. Regular season away matches are within Cobb County. Playoffs are played around the metro-Atlanta area.
• Players will be notified by the team manager as to team information. Rosters are kept by coaches and team managers.
• Teams will include a minimum of 8 boys or 8 girls.
• Every effort will be made to place your child on a team.
• Players who wish to be placed on the same team must indicate on the registration form.
• During the regular season, the coaches will make the line-ups as evenly as possible. During playoffs, the coach has the option to field the strongest team.
• All fees must be paid prior to child participation.
• All students are required to participate in the Legacy Park Team Lessons during the months of August, September and October. All participants are required to pay all fees.

AGE ELIGIBILITY:
Minimum age for junior eligibility: A player must reach his/her 8th birthday during the calendar year in which he/she wishes to play:

• 18 & Under Level: may not reach 18th birthday prior to the beginning of the calendar year.
• 14 & Under Level: may not reach 14th birthday prior to the beginning of the calendar year.
• 12 & Under Level: may not reach 12th birthday prior to the beginning of the calendar year.
• 10 & Under Level: may not reach 10th birthday prior to the beginning of the calendar year.

LEGACY PARK NON-RESIDENTS SPORTS POLICY:

• All non-residents shall have a Legacy Park resident as a sponsor.
• Team Managers MUST be a Legacy Park resident.
• Legacy Park residents shall have priority above non-residents, when qualified.
• Non-residents cannot exceed 15% per team roster.
• The HOA Board can make exceptions above the 15% limit.
• A $10.00 fee will be paid to the HOA from each non-resident for each team and season played during the year.
• This fee is to be collected by the Legacy Park sports program from the non-resident. This policy will begin on January 1, 2007. Approved May 18, 2006

COST:
Lesson costs will be based on the number of participants in each group.
Cost per lesson will range from $10 to $15.
Group lessons are set up for the teams to practice weekly and last 6-8 weeks in duration.
In order to play on a Legacy Park Team, each player must be a member of the Legacy Park Tennis Club. Fees are due each calendar year.

Legacy Park Resident:
$50/Adult
$25/Junior

Non Legacy/Park Resident:
$75/Adult
$37.50/Junior

*In additon, Non Legacy Park Residents are required to pay a $10 Court Fee per season.
