Non-Resident Sports Policy

Non-Resident Sports Policy:
All non-residents shall have a Legacy Park resident as a sponsor. Legacy Park residents shall have priority above non-residents, when qualified. Non-residents cannot exceed 15% per team roster. The HOA Board can make exceptions above the 15% limit. A $10.00 fee will be paid to the HOA from each non-resident for each team and season played during the year. This fee is to be collected by the Legacy Park sports program from the non-resident. This policy will begin on January 1, 2007. Approved May 18, 2006.
