Non-Resident Sports Policy

Non-Resident Sports Policy Adopted May 18, 2006 Revised July 20, 2011
Legacy Park residents shall have priority above non-residents, when qualified. All non-residents shall have a Legacy Park resident as a sponsor. Non-residents cannot exceed 20% per sports league per season. The HOA Board can make exceptions above the 20% limit. A $10.00 fee will be paid to the HOA from each non-resident for each team and season played during the year. The non-resident registration fee will be double the amount of the resident registration fee for non-sanctioned leagues. For sanctioned leagues, the fee will remain at $10 per season. All non-resident fees are paid to the HOA.
