The 2008 Late Fees ($59.50 for Legacy Park and $44.50 for Northgate) have been added to your account. Please pay this additional amount to keep your account current. The statements have been mailed.

If your account has been turned over to the Association’s attorney for collections, it will be indicated on your bill. If you make payment on-line, it will be returned. You need to contact Michael Rome’s office at 770-428-6002.

(Assessments for 2008 are $595. You may pay this amount in full or make a partial payment at this time. A $10 convenience fee will be added to your bill for each property when you pay your assessment through PayPal. If you are paying for more than one property, you must add $10 for each address in order for the payment to be applied to each account.)
