Legacy Park Circle Repair

Cline Service Corp. has been selected to manage the Legacy Park culvert repair project. The project is expected to be completed in 120 days barring any weather delays. A preconstruction meeting was conducted to discuss the logistics of the construction project and prepare for mobilization of the equipment. The contractor is coordinating isolation of the utility services going through the construction site; at this time no disruption in services are expected. Demolition of the road and debris removal is expected to start August 25. Due to the hazardous conditions around the damaged site, we ask that everyone stay away from the construction area. Periodic updates will be provided so everyone can track the progress of the project.

Legacy Park's New Website

For quite some time, the Board has worked on getting a new, interactive website started for Legacy Park Residents. This website is somewhat similar to Facebook, but is for Legacy Park residents only. If you are not signed up to receive e-mail messages from the HOA and have not received your user name and password, send an e-mail to propertymanager@legacypark.org and we will get you signed up!

Legacy Park Clubhouse - Reservations

If you are interested in reserving the Legacy Park Clubhouse, you can download the rules and rental guidelines and return the rental agreement to the HOA office or fax to 770-919-0066 and you will be contacted by the Coordinator.
