First and foremost, Welcome to the neighborhood! We know how hectic moving and getting settled in a new home can be, and we want to do all we can to make your first experiences in Legacy Park positive. This page serves a starting point to help find information to make your transition into the neighborhood as smooth as possible.

Your Owner Portal

The Resident Center is a website and app that serves as our primary means of staying connected with homeowners. Through this portal, you can:

  • Submit a Modification request
  • Report issues on common property that need attention

Do you have a question or looking for information? We likely have it already available on the FAQ Page. Proceed over there, and you will be able to find information such as our governing documents, policies, modification forms, clubhouse rental agreement, and much more. Also, everything is searchable!

I’ve moved in. What now?

  1. Visit our amazing and friendly HOA Staff. We need to give you your welcome packet and create your Legacy Park IDs. Each resident wishing to obtain an access card must complete the waiver before coming in to have a card made. The HOA office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and the first Saturday of the month from 9 am – 11 am. If these times don’t work, please call us for an alternate appointment.   2. Register for an account to our Resident Portal. There are several services and information located here that you will likely want access to.
  3. Learn about all the amenities with which you now have access. The HOA Board and Staff work very hard to maintain, upgrade and sometimes create new amenities for our residents to enjoy.
  4. Check out all the upcoming events hosted here in the neighborhood. These are managed by our full time Activities Director and most of them are free to attend!
  5. Familiarize yourself with the Kennesaw area. We keep a list of local services and locations on our Knowledge Base within the New Residents section.

HOA Board

The current board members are listed here. The board encourages resident attendance and participation in board meetings. These meetings are held on the following dates/times:
2nd Tuesday of the Month – Planning Meeting – 6:30 pm
4th Tuesday of the Month – Board Meeting – 6:30 pm
