Personal: My wife and I moved into Legacy park in August of 2013 to be closer to family, we loved the neighborhood and what it had to offer from the first time we drove down the main entrance. I am a Realtor with Century 21 Connect Realty and am actively involved with Century 21 on a local and national level. I currently serve on the national Real Estate Innovation Council (REIC) that serves to provide a guide for the industry on how to progress forward into the current age of technology, communication, and how to plan for the future of our business to best serve the client and community. Why run for the board? My vision for the board and for our community is to continue strive for easier access to information about community activities and issues impacting our community and to promote positive community and value growth in our neighborhood. It can be difficult for many homeowners in the neighborhood to easily attend meetings with the different responsibilities that family, school, and work require on a daily basis, often leaving little time for much else on weeknights. In the world of technology that we live in, there are many ways to make meetings, minutes, and information available for easy access and consumption, to better drive more communication between homeowners and the board elected to represent them. As a Realtor and homeowner, a large focus of mine would be maintaining and growing the value of our homes and neighborhood, as well as creating a better sense of community and involvement within our neighborhood. There is no reason that with better cooperation between board members, neighbors, and community we cannot remain one of the best and most sought-after communities in the Atlanta Metro area.
