To keep our community looking its best and maintain property values, certain items are not permitted on your lot or in view from the street. Here’s a quick reminder of what’s not allowed and yes, the answer is NO for all of these:

Not Allowed:

• Sheds
• Car Covers
• RVs, Trailers, or Boats parked in your driveway
• Colored Blinds or Curtains (Only white-backed curtains or blinds are allowed)
• Statuary in the Front Yard
• Rocks as Ground Cover (Unless specifically approved for drainage purposes)
