COST: This event is FREE to residents who must have ID to enter. Guest tickets are $5 for everyone 2+ and must be purchased while accompanied by a Legacy Park resident. Guest tickets may be purchased for $5 per person, adults, and children ages two and up by June 30th. No bills larger than $20, please.
ENTRY: Please ENTER our Spirit of America Celebration via the Palisades Portal. This path can also be reached from the trail leading from the main pool parking lot.
WHAT TO BRING: Legacy Park ID with 2021 sticker Cash (food, drinks and glow bracelets, etc.), sunscreen, bug spray, hats, camera, blankets, chairs, flashlights, sunglasses, ice chests, adult drinks, etc.
WHAT NOT TO BRING: No umbrellas, no glass bottles, no dogs, or tents or tables are allowed, other than those provided by the HOA.
WHERE TO SIT: Tables are for Sponsors and residents who have purchased them. Please do not set up blankets and chairs inside the Amusement Area.
TRASH: Trash Bags will be handed out at Admissions, and please do your part to help keep Legacy Park’s Town Green clean.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY: Locate one of the Kennesaw Police Department officers who will be on-site for assistance.
NO’s/DO NOTS:
- NO entry to the Town Green at Lullwater or the baseball field.
- NO DOGS
- NO GLASS
- NO LP ID’s will not be made on July 4th
PARENTS: Please take a moment to set up a meeting spot for your family – we don’t want any lost parents this year. Let your children know that if they get lost, they should go to the First Aid Tent to let someone know, and we can make an announcement or locate one of the Kennesaw Police Officers who will be on duty.
TIMELINE:
- 5:00 pm- Gates Open and DJ to take Center Stage and begin family games.
- 6:30 pm- Cub Scout Pack 002 Color Guard to take Center Stage
- 7:00 pm– 293 Band to take Center Stage. (2 hr)
- 9:30 pm– National Anthem followed. Following: The Best Fireworks Display in North Georgia
