David Veres – Lullwater
Personal: I moved into Legacy Park in September of 2019 and look forward to being part of a great community. For the past 3 years, I have been Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Condo association where we lived in Vinings. During that time, I gained firsthand knowledge about specific issues that affect our neighbors & communities. I am passionate and have ideas to continue improving and maintaining our beautiful neighborhood.
Why run for the board? My primary reason for running is to build upon the great work of previous boards and help create stronger neighbor to neighbor hospitality. The reason my wife and I moved into this community is the obvious pride in upkeep, beautiful neighborhoods and the way neighbors interact with one another. Our current and past board members have done a great job. I would simply love to bring fresh ideas and renewed energy to the community and process. I am asking for a chance to be elected to the Board of Directors. If we continue to build upon our progress each year our property values will continue to grow and our neighbor to neighbor hospitality will further strengthen. I look forward to meeting many of our neighbors during this election time. I am a hard-working husband, friendly neighbor and hope to bring my experience working as a previous Board of Director to this beautiful neighborhood. I am willing to listen, learn from others and do what is right for our community. I would like to have your vote and will work hard to repay your confidence. Thank you so much.
